Typographic Forms and Collages- Developing ideas

After looking at pieces from the YSP, I came away and began to collage and try to play with textures, colours and forms.

I looked more at the Piece by Rasheed Araeen and using the photos I had taken at YSP of the sculpture, I created a typeface using the triangular geometries of the piece. By copying and cutting up the images of the piece I was able to create more typographic forms, laying them onto coloured backgrounds the same colour as the original sculpture.
