Neon Publication, Subject and Content

After much debate and consideration from myself and peers about the direction I should take my publication, it was agreed that I pursue my idea of documenting the over saturation and overuse of neon typography. 

I was to produce a publication that centred around the overuse of neon signage bombarding the public in the city that I live. I was to document the signage in a way that contrasts the idea of the book, one that portrays the overuse and over-saturation in a positive as possible way. 

The publication would be a collection of both professional and 'real' neon signage as well as fake, 'tacky' signage, intertwined throughout the book.
