GOAS

GOAS by StudioJugi. This one was more specific to residential architecture which is what my work is going be centred around. The brand uses as simple two type system for header and body text throughout and a simple colour palette with a contrasting purple running through. I like the use of negative space across the publication, website and letter head designs. I’m not a fan of the monogram, though I understand the idea of combining the initials in a fashion that resembles a compass drawing however I feel that may be too generic and doesn’t seem to fit too well with the rest of the branding. I like the logotype, its clean, uses simple type and its clearly legible. I want to try incorporate their minimal use of colour and ability to convey information in a way that doesn’t feel forced or in your face.
